Terms of Use

The information contained within this document relates to the The Teatox Shop online store, trading under The Teatox Shop.
The Teatox Shop is the trading name for The Teatox Shop Pty Ltd (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as The Teatox Shop).

General

The Teatox Shop may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a revised version of Terms and Conditions on this website.
The law applicable to this website is the law of the State of South Australia, Australia.
All refunds, cancellations and address changes must be emailed to the address: amendments@theteatoxshop.com.au

1. Cancellation/ Alteration of Order Terms

a) The Teatox Shop ships products within 30 hours of purchasing. Any cancellation requests received more than 2 hours after purchase of The Teatox Shop cannot be processed, and are thus ineligible for refund. Additionally, change of address requests received more than 2 hours after purchase of The Teatox Shop cannot be processed, and will not be included on the order.
b) All emails regarding cancellations must be titled ‘Cancel Order’ in the ‘Subject’ heading of the email. Cancellations not titled in this manner will not be refunded.
c) All emails regarding change of address must be titled ‘Change of Address’ in the ‘Subject’ heading. Cancellations not titled in this manner will not be refunded.
d) Once the order has been processed and submitted we cannot amend the type of postage or change the products ordered.

2. Guarantee Terms

a) The Teatox Shop shall be obligated to ensure the product is safe and meets the satisfactory conditions up until the point of delivery. Dissatisfaction with the results of the product when not used in conjunction with the accompanying diet plan available on www.theteatoxshop. com.au will not be grounds for a refund.
b) The guarantee covers a full refund, including shipping costs, should the product not meet minimum standards for a satisfactory product. The standard for a satisfactory product is limited to correct labelling, full and complete contents of the order, integrity of the packaging and product free of contamination.
c) The Teatox Shop ensures the delivery of the product to the address submitted at the time of purchase. Should the customer fail to give the correct address to The Teatox Shop, subsidiaries or delivery services shall be in no way liable or required to issue a resend or refund.
d) In the event that the product be deemed unsatisfactory by the customer, the product must be photographed to show evidence of the unsatisfactory condition of the product, and/ or a refund request must be issued by the customer and mailed with the corresponding product to the following address:

e) If the product arrives outside the given shipping timeframes this is not grounds for a refund, as The Teatox Shop is not liable for local postal delays. If the product is not received within 7 business days after the shipping timeframe, it is at the discretion of The Teatox Shop to offer a refund of shipping costs on a case by case basis.

3. Waiver

a) Customers have 14 days after they receive products to notify The Teatox Shop of any problems with the product(s). No refund or return of the product will be issued if the product is found to be unsatisfactory more than 14 days after The Teatox Shop is satisfied the product has been delivered.
b) It is the responsibility of the receiver to check the integrity of the product and packaging if a refund is to be requested.

4. Procedure

a) To ensure a swift response and refund the customer should immediately contact support@theteatoxshop.com.au with the order number and contents of the order.
b) If a complete refund is requested this cannot be issued between the time the package is sent and the package received. If a refund is requested before the package is sent it can be accredited to the original Paypal account or credit card account without any fee. If a refund is requested after receiving the product and it meets satisfactory standards, it must be sent back to the origin at the expense of the receiver before a refund for the product can be issued.

If you give permission for your photo to be used on social media and wish to remain anonymous, please let us know and we will crop distinguishing features before publishing the photo

Photos must be accompanied by feedback or a short description of your experience with the The Teatox Shop product used. Remember, this is a space where women are encouraged to inspire each other to reach their health goals, so please no appropriate or offensive attire or photos

By sending your before and after you are agreeing to let The Teatox Shop use it for various promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not consent to your before and after image being used do not send it in.

Postage

If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’, by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not The Teatox Shop to contact the local postal service to follow up the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, The Teatox Shop is not liable to refund or resend your order.

 

Confidentiality

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other than our manufactures if legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by The Teatox Shop will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.
